The Manor in Milton is FINALLY back on track!

Over the past year, The Manor has sold 15 new construction homes and many resales.  Once in a lull, the community is taking back off and in full swing!

There are over a dozen new construction homes under contract now at 1Million+ price points.  An additional 85 lots have been purchased and are going to be the site of new construction homes to come.  The majority of these lots will have views of the community’s 18 hole golf course.

Roads are being built throughout and another 69 lots will be formed from those newly built roads.  Lots will be priced at $200,000- $500,000. The higher end ones will have lake settings/views.  Prices of those homes are set to be $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 on average.

I believe the uptick in activity has to do with the economy being back on track, building on the rise, the wonderful schools and Milton becoming the new ‘hot spot’ for families.  The Manor itself is gated with a guard and features many luxury amenities.  They are amenities that cater to families including indoor/outdoor aquatics center, poolside grill, state of the art fitness center, swim teams, tennis, massage services, country club with babysitting options for families dining at the country club, tennis and many set year round activities for families. The Manor is also home to the oly Tom Watson Championship Golf Course in Georgia. The course features 18 holes set between picturesque landscape of lakes, streams and tall hardwoods.

Old Alabama Road ‘Newtown Dream Dog Park’

One dog loving resident of John’s Creek won $500,000 in the Beneful Dream Dog Park contest and has built a great dog park in Johns Creek. It is divided into three areas: one for small dogs, one for large dogs and a free for all wooded area for the pups.  There are dog sized water fountains, sitting areas and shady spots all throughout.  Other fun things include a giant bone shaped bridge over top a group of log crawls and a red fire hydrant sprinkler for the pups and people.

Adjacent is a 46 acre park for use with walking trails, community garden, courts of all sports to use and many playgrounds.  There is a Farmers Market here as well every Saturday from 8:30-12:30.

Love it!

Location is 3150 Old Alabama Road
